Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
• 3/4 c. butter, softened
• 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 c. chocolate chips
• Optional: 1 c. chopped walnuts
• 9-inch pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together eggs, sugar, brown sugar and butter; add flour, mixing well. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts, if desired. Spread in pie crust; bake at 325 degrees for one hour, or until center tests done.

Serves 6 to 8.
