Ingredients
- 3 cups meat sauce
- 4 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozarella
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 16 pieces of lasagna

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375. Soak pasta noodles in hot water 20 minutes. In pan, spread 1/2 cup meat suace. Place 4 pieces pasta , spread 1/3 ricotta mixture and mozzarella over pasta; cover with 1/4 sauce. Repeat layers twice, beginning and ending with pasta. Spread remaining sauce on top, sprinkle with parmesan, and some mozarella. Add chopped meat. Cover with foil, bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove foil, bake 5 minutes. Let stand before serving.
Can be made up to 24 hours or freeze up to 2 months. Bake refrigerated lasagna 40-50 minutes, frozen lasagna at 350 about 2 hours.
