Ingredients
- crushed pineapple 1 (8-ounce) can , undrained
- barbecue sauce 1 cup
- onion 1/3 cup , chopped
- chili sauce 2 tablespoons
- pork loin chops 4 bone-in , (1 inch thick and 8 ounce each)
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the pineapple, barbecue sauce, onion and chili sauce.
Pour half into a greased 3-qt. slow cooker.
Top with pork chops and remaining sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 4-1/4 to 5-1/4 hours or until meat is tender.
Yield: 4 servings.
