Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dices onions
- 1/2 cup minced garlic
- 6-7 leaves of fresh Basil
- 3 35 oz. cans of italian tomatoes
- 1 tbs. black pepper
- 1/2 lb. of beef
- 1/2 lb. of pork
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 2 tbs. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Crush tomatoes in a bowl. In a 5 quart sauce pan, sautee in 1/2 cup of oil, garlic, pork and beef until golden brown. Add crushed tomatoes, 2 cans of water, paste, basil and seasonings. Cood for 2-3 hours according to taste.
