Ingredients

  • 10 c or 1 pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c butter, melted
  • 1 can cream soup (mushroom, chicken)
  • 12 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 c milk
  • onions to taste (1 small or minced)
  • 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 . Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 c crushed cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except corn flakes and 2 Tbsp melted butter. Put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Put corn flakes on top and drizzle with 2 Tbsp melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 F.
