Ingredients
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup Apple Juice
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Kosher Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Hot Sauce (Tabasco usually or other)
- 1 Tbsp. Dry Mustard

Step 1
1. Heat to combine
2. Stick-blend.
3. Refrigerate prior to use.
4. Inject into pork shoulder 1-12 hours prior to smoking
*after pork reaches 160 degrees wrap with foil, pour excess injection over pork, and seal foil.
