  • 16-20 Nilla Wafer Cookies,broken into chunks
  • 1 14oz Can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 T Butter
  • 2-2/3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 t Banana extract

Preparation

Step 1

Line a 8" square baking pan with parchment paper. Place half of the broken cookies in pan. In a heavy saucepan, combine the milk, butter and chips; cook and stir over low heat until chips are melted. Remove from heat; stire in banana extract. Pour mixture over cookies in pan. Place whole wafers on top of mixture (placed apart as pieces will be cut) Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares.

* For Cookies 'n Cream Fudge - use vanilla extract instead of banana, use oreo cookies instead of Nilla wafers.
