Ingredients

  • Coating:
  • 1 C Soft butter
  • 1 1/2 C Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 3/4 C Flour
  • 2 Tsp. Cream of tartar
  • 1 Tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tbp. Sugar
  • 2 Tsp. Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 400F. Mix first 4 dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Mix the next 4 wet ingredients in a seperate bowl.
3. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients gradually; making sure to mix all well together.
4. Chill dough in fridge for about 1hr. till stiff enough to roll into balls. Roll balls in sugar/cinnamon mixture to make sure all sides are covered.
5. Place balls on ungreased baking sheet 2inch. apart and bake 8-10min.
6. Move to wire rack to cool.
