Ingredients

  • 2 cans minced clams
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb fresh (or canned) mushrooms cut up
  • Garlic toe
  • Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • Juice from one can of clams
  • 1 Cup Half and Half
  • 2 Tbsp white wine
  • Buttered bread crumbs and crumbled bacon on top

Step 1

lean mushrooms or drain. Cut up in small pieces. Brown in butter and add drained clams. Cook 2 to 3 minutes adding garlic and juice. Add parsley. Sprinkle in flour stirring constantly. Add clam juice and wine and cream. Put in shells covering with toasted bread crumbs and bacon. Broil 2 minutes.
