Ingredients
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp fresh oregano (or 1 Tbsp dried)
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 12 slices ciabatta bread
- 6 oz provolone
- 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 oz salami

Step 1
Whisk 6 Tbsp olive oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt/pepper in small bowl. Brush on bread, 1 side.
Divide ham, artichoke hearts and salami on top. Brush outsides with oil.
Cook on panini press.
