Ingredients
- Mix to crumb state:
- 1-1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- In saucepan mix:
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 cup rhubarb, cut up
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla
Details
Cooking time 30mins
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rhubarb mixture til thick.
Put 3/4 crumb mixture in 9" x 13" cake pan.
Add rhubarb mixture on top.
Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Cut while warm.
