Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Combine first 3 ingredients into a bowl. Set aside
3. Mix oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Add banana and stir until incorporated.
4. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir until incorporated.
5. Add 3/4 cup white chocolate chips.
6. Pour into pan. Cover with remaining chips and topping mixture.
7. Bake in preheated over for 65-75 minutes for bread, 30 minutes for muffins.
