Ingredients
- 1/3 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup milk
- 8 oz chopped semisweet chocolate
- 1 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons hazelnut liqueur

Preparation
Step 1
Over medium heat, combine half and half, milk, and chocolate in a saucepan for five minutes.
Stir constantly.
Stir in sugar and corn syrup.
Cook 10 minutes, stir constantly.
Stir in liqueur.
Pour into a fondue pot on low heat to keep warm.
Serve fondue with assorted fruit and pound cake.
