- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp margarine or butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 slices process American Cheese, divided
- 1 1/2 cups original rice, uncooked

Step 1
Bring milk, water, margarine and salt to boil in medium saucepan. Add 4 slices of the cheese; stir until completely melted. Return to boil
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir. Garnish with remaining 2 slices cheese.
