  • 10 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 10 maraschino cherries
  • 1 package buttermilk biscuits

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 muffin cups and drain pineapple (reserve juice).

Combine pineapple, butter and brown sugar; mix well. Spoon equally among bottom of muffin cups. Place a cherry in the center of each muffin cup. Place a biscuit in each cup and spoon 1 teaspoon of reserved pineapple juice over each biscuit.

Bake 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and invert pan; let cool for several minutes to release biscuits.
Serve warm.
