- 1 large onion, sliced
- 10 leaves collard greens - rinsed, trimmed and chopped
- 1 head cabbage, sliced
- 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, un-drained
- ground black pepper to taste
- red tobacco sauce to taste
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- Cajun seasoning
- olive oil

Step 1
Heat olive oil over medium-high head. Add sliced onions and carmelize. Add chopped collard greens and cabbage. Cook down until close to carmelized. Add seasonings. Transfer to slow cooker and add tomatoes. re-season to taste. Cook on low heat until ready to serve.
