Ingredients
- pie shell 1 9 inch unbaked
- pumpkin puree 1 (16-ounce) can
- sweetened condensed milk 1 (14-ounce) can
- eggs 2
- cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground
- ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground
- nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ground
- salt 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except pie shell, mix well
Pour into pie shell
Bake for 15 minutes
Reduce oven temperature to 350° bake for 35-40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean
Cool
Garnish as desired
Refrigerate leftovers
