Ingredients
- Brush on Top:
- 2 1/2 Bisquick baking mix
- 4 Tbsp cold butter
- 1 heaping C grated cheddar cheese
- 3/4 C cold whole milk
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley blakes
- pinch salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 °F
Combine Bisquick with cold butter in medium bowl using pastry cutter or large fork. Don't mix too thoroughly…small chunks of butter about size of peas. Add cheese, milk, and 1/4 tsp garlic. Mix by hand until combined.
Drop approximately 1/4 C portions of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet using ice cream scoop. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until tops of biscuits begin to turn light brown.
Upon removing from oven, melt 2 Tbsp butter in small bowl in microwave. Stir in 1/2 tsp garlic powder and dried parsley. Use a brush to spread garlic butter over tops of biscuts….use all of butter.
