Ingredients
- 2 (15-ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15-ounce) can black olives, drained and rinsed
- 2 cucumbers, halved lengthwise, seeded, and sliced crosswise
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss together. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Serve chilled.
