loaf frozen dough
TBSP dried parsley flakes
tsp. garlic powder or 1 tsp. minced garlic
TBSP beaten egg
Thaw dough just until it can be sliced. Cut into 16 pieces. Melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in egg, parsley and garlic. Dip pieces of dough into mixture, coating completely. Arrangle in single layer in greased 9x5 loaf pan. Pour any remaining butter mixture over bread. Let it rise in "warmish" place until dough reaches the top of the pan. Preheat oven to 375. Bake until top is golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool slightly in pan before serving.
