Buffalo Chicken Wings

  • Bag of frozen wings defrosted.
  • Franks hot sauce- medium bottle

Preparation

Step 1

Defrost wings- about 4lbs. Rince and pat dry. Place in a sealable bag, add Franks hot sauce, enough to cover. Refrigerate overnight. Place in a single layer skin side up with all the sauce from the bag. Bake at 375, baste often. Cook until sauce is gone and skin is crispy...could be a couple of hours.
