Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2/3 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tsp ground vanilla bean
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine wet into another. Whisk the wet into a dressing and then pour over the dry. Once mixed well, pop in the oven at 330 for 20 min. Pull it out and move the granola around on the tray and put back for another 12-15 minutes or until granola becomes crispy.
