Ingredients
- 2 slices Canadian bacon
- 2/3 C chopped onion
- 1 (16 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 oz) can light red beans rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 oz) can pinto beans rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 oz) can great northern beans rinsed and drained
- 2 (8 oz) cans no salt added tomato sauce
- 1/4 C cider vinegar
- 3 T molasses
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1 t chili powder

Preparation
Step 1
Place canadian bacon and onion in a nonstick skillet. Cook over medium low eat stirring frequently, until onions are tender and edges of bacon are lightly browned. Place beans in mixing bowl. Add canadian bacon-onion mixture. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beans. Stir to blend. Spoon into baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes.
