Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1¼ cups oil
- 1½ tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple
- ¾ cup walnuts
- ¾ cup pecans
- 2 cups bananas, chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 3 9-inch pans. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Beat the eggs, oil, and add to the dry ingredients with a wooden spoon to blend until the ingredients are moistened. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, and nuts. Add the bananas and pour the cake into the pans.
Bake 25 – 30 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Cool and frost with cream cheese icing.
