Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups graham crusts
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 3 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tbs. each lemon, lime, and orange juice
- 1 tbs. each lemon, lime, and orange peel
- 3 eggs

Step 1
Combine crumbs and butter and press onto the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until well blended. Blend in juice and peel. Add eggs, one at a time, mix just until blended. Pour mixture over crust.
Bake cheesecake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, until center is almost set. Cool completely before serving.
