Janet's Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 2 tbls White Vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • .25 tsp pepper
  • 4 cups cooked, peeled and cubed potatoes (5-6 med sized)
  • .5 cups finely chopped onions
  • 2 hard boiled eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes - Peel and cube

Combine first 5 ingredients

Stir in remaining ingredients

Cover and Chill
