- 1 Cup Mayo
- 2 tbls White Vinegar
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- .25 tsp pepper
- 4 cups cooked, peeled and cubed potatoes (5-6 med sized)
- .5 cups finely chopped onions
- 2 hard boiled eggs

Cook potatoes - Peel and cube
Combine first 5 ingredients
Stir in remaining ingredients
