Ingredients
- 1/2 c. (1stick) butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c.milk
- 1 T. white vinegar
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1 t. baking soda
- dash of salt
- Chocolate Ganache
- Coca Mouse Filling
- 1 to 4 T. black raspberry preserves
- whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Line bottoms of 3 8" round baking pans with wax paper. Lightly grease sides.
3. melt butter and stir in sugar, add milk, vinegar and vanilla, stir until blended.
4. stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
5. gradually add butter mixture to dry ingredients - whisk until well blended.
6. pour batter evenly into 3 pans
7. bake 15 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean
8. cool 10 minutes and remove from pans and put on wire rack. cool completely before assembling.
9. spread preserves on layer and then put even amount of filling between each layer, until cake complete.
10. Spread ganache like icing -refrigerate until ready to serve with whipped cream.
