Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ½ tsp. died oregano
- 2 tbs. parsley, chopped
- 3 kb, - 1 ½ inch thick porterhouse steak
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients except for the steak and salt. Place the steak in a dish and pour in half the marinade, marinade the steak at room temperature for 3 hours. Preheat the broiler; dry the steak and season with salt. Cook steak until done.
