Tostadas with Sour Cream and Green Chilis

This is a Fleetwood family favorite. The cool of the sour cream with the warm beans is so yummy.

Ingredients
- 12 tostadas shells
- 3 cups hot refried beans
- ¼ cup grated romano, parmesan, jack or cheddar cheese (our favorite is jack)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 small can peeled green chilis chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Spread hot beans on tostadas. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix sour cream with chilis and salt. Spread on top of beans. Serve at once.
