No Stir Cobbler 0 Picture


  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsps. baking powder
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cups fruit



Step 1

Preheat oven to 300.

Melt margarine in 9x13 baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and milk.
Pour batter over margarine, but do not stir.
Pour fruit over batter, DO NOT STIR!
Sprinkle sugar over fruit. (Use more sugar for fresh fruit)

Bake for 45 minutes.
