  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • Vanilla wafers
  • 1 egg
  • Cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 T. Grand Marnier (opt.)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add egg, sugar and vanilla. In bottom of cupcake liner, put one vanilla wafer. Top with a spoonful of cream cheese mixture. Repeal until all the mixture is used Bake at 325° for 14 minutes, or until very light Spoon on prepared cherry pie filling mixed with Grand Marnier.
Take to the picnic in the muffin tins covered with foil Spoon on topping at the picnic site if you like.
