Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin (about 2 cups)
- 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle brand fat free sweetened condensed milk
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F.
In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell (duh!). Mix well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 F; bake 35 or 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
