  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple
  • 6 ounce box apricot Jello
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 15 oz evaporated milk (chilled)
  • 2 cans mandarin orange (drained)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Bring pineapple to boil.

Add Jello, sugar, & cream cheese.

Whip milk.

Fold in Jello mixture.

Add celery and oranges.

Chill.
