Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 4 tbs. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. papper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup, dry, white wine
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 3 heaping tbs. honey
  • 1 large orange, sliced into thin rings with rind on
  • 1 cup white grapes
  • grated orange peel-

Step 1

In a bag place flour, papper, salt, paprika and parsley flakes and shake well. Put chicken into bake and coat well. Remove from bag and brown in about 1/4 cup of oil or margarine in a Dutch Oven. Brown on all sides. Add the white wine, orange juice, and honey. Spread all over all pieces. Add 2 tbs. grated orange peel. Sprinkle over the chicken. Simmer covered for about 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. About 15 minutes before serving, top the chicken with orange slices and white grapes. Simmer for 10-15 minutes more, covered. Serve with rice or noodles.
