Ingredients
- 3-4 cups angel food cake cubes
- 1/2 cup orange-flavored liqueur (such as Grand Marnier)
- 1 (5.1 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 3/4 cup whole milk (or half 'n half)
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2-3 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
- 1 quart strawberries, capped & sliced
- 12 maraschino cherries or other desired garnish

Step 1
Prepare vanilla pudding using sweetened condensed milk and whole milk. Whip cream with mixer until stiff peaks form; add sugar & vanilla. In a trifle dish, place a layer of angel cake cubes. Sprinkle orange-flavored liqueur over angel cake cubes. Spoon vanilla pudding over angel cake cubes. Place sliced fruit over vanilla pudding layer. Spoon whipped cream over fruit layer. Continue to layer angel cake cubes, pudding, fruit and whipped cream until all ingredients are used. Garnish top layer of whipped cream with maraschino cherries or other desired garnish. Note: Change the fruit to whatever is in season. I've also used mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple to make a "tropical" trifle.
