Ingredients
- 1/4 c. veg oil
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 c. matzo meal
- 1 T. sugar
- 4 eggs
- dbl for 12 muffins

Preparation
Step 1
1. preheat oven to 375
2. oil, water and salt to a boil
3. add matzo meal and stir
4. when sticky cool for 5 to 10 minutes
5. add sugar and eggs one at a time
6. us a scoop to put in greased (Pam) muffin tins
7. cook for 15 to 20 minutes on 375 and then 30 minutes at 325
