Ingredients
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen, unsweetened, sliced
- 1/3 cup peaches, fresh or canned, unsweetened, sliced
- 1/3 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups lowfat yogurt
- 4 tbsp dried almonds, sliced, toasted

Step 1
Blend sugar and cinnamon. Lightly spray both sides of tortillas with nonstick coating; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Press tortillas into 8 ounce custard cups and bake at 350 F for 12 to 14 minutes or until crisp and golden; cool 5 minutes in cups then remove and cool completely.
Combine fruit, honey, and lemon juice. Scoop 1/2 cup yogurt into each tortilla cup; top with 1/3 fruit mixture, and 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp almonds.
