- 1 1/2 TSP EVO
- 1/2 TSP LEMON
- CHICKEN
- SLICED MUSHROOMS

- PAPRIKA
- 8 BACON SLICED COOKED
- 1 CUP SHREDDED MONTEREY JACK
- 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR
- 2 TSP FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY

Step 1
MARINADE CHICKEN OVER NIGHT (SAVE 1/2 THE SAUCE FOR DIPPING LATER)
COOK CHICKEN UNTIL DONE. WRAP THE BACON AROUND EACH PIECE. PLACE IN BAKING DISH. COVER WITH MUSHROOMS AND CHEESE. BACK 15 MINUTES UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.
