Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cu onion, chopped
- 16 ounces mixed vegetables
- 28 ounces can tomatoes, undrained
- 8 ounces can tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 t salt
- 2 potatoes
- 1/4 t pepper
- Herbs de Provence
- 1 c chicken broth
- magi sauce
- 1/2 Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef, onion & garlic. Add tomatoes & sauces, potatoes, spices. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Add veggies and simmer for 15 minutes more. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
