Ingredients
- 2-2 1/2 cups ground hot peppers
- 2 cups ground sweet peppers
- 6 cups apple cider vinegar
- 15 cups sugar
- 2 packages of CERTO

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine ingredients and boil until the sugar disolves and the peppers are tender.
2. Add 2 packages of CERTO and boil one to two minutes.
3. Let stand 5 minutes, skim top if needed.
4. IMMEDIATELY pour into HOT Jelly Jars. Put the lids on tight and turn upside down.
5. Turn right side up after 5-7 minutes and the jars will seal on their own.
6. Check lids by tapping to make sure the seals took.
