Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 12 oz package (2 cups) malted chocolate chips
  • 1 10.5 oz. brick silken-style soft tofu, room temperature
  • 2 T honey or maple syrup (syrup better)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler over low heat or in a microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring to finish melting. Place tofu in bowl of food processor or blender jar and blend until creamy and smooth. Add melted chocolate in four parts, blending well after each addition. Add syrup to taste. Pour filling into graham cracker crust and refrigerate several hours. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
