Step 1

prick a hole in the botton of each egg with a pin
cover with cold water in a asucepan and place over high heat.
As soon as the water boils, remove the pan from heat and cover for 17 minutes.
place eggs in a bowl of ice water for 2 minutes
bring pan of water back to a boil and add the eggs for 10 seconds.
return the eggs to the ice water and roll them around to crack shells.
