Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16 oz) wide egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c whipping cream
- 3/4 c (3 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 c (3 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 3 slices (3/4 oz) slices mozzarella cheese, cut in half diagonally

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Cook noodles according to package.
Drain.
Combine noodles and next 6 ingredients.
Spoon into lighlty greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2" baking dish.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Top with mozzarella slices.
Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
