Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. boneless pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup catsup
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Hot buttered rice
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Slice tenderloin into 1" pieces, rinse well. Combine flour, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in bowl. Roll moist meat pieces in flour mixture, set aside. In large skillet, saute bacon and onion until bacon is lightly browned, remove and drain on paper towel. Heat oil in same skillet, add tenderloin pieces and brown well. Combine catsup, orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar and hot pepper sauce. Pour catsup mixture over meat in bacon and onion. Cover, simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Serve over rice and top with pecans if desired.
