Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

• 1 coffee mug
• 4 tbls. flour (plain..not self -rising)
• 4 tbls. sugar
• 2 tbls. baking cocoa
• 1 egg
• 3 tbls. milk
• 3 tbls.oil
• 3 tbls. choco chips (optional)
• small splash of vanilla
• *add nuts....also of course choco frosting or whip cream or whatever turns you on

Preparation

Step 1

Add dry ingred. to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.

Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.

Add the choco chips (if using) and vanilla, and mix again.

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.

The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed !

Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate, if desired. Eat
