Short Bread Cookies (Grandma East)

Ingredients

• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 1 lb. butter at room temperature
• 4 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and butter real well then slowly mix in flour. Roll to 1/4 inch on floured surface and cut cookies. Cook 10 - 12 minutes at 325 degrees.
