  • 1 large can salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • Black pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs

Step 1

Drain salmon. Place salmon in mixing bowl, breaking into small pieces. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Stir in cracker crumbs. Blend in salt, pepper and onions. Form into patties and cook in hot oil and fry, without crowding for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
