Ingredients
- FROSTING:
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups carrots, peeled and grated
- 15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 16 oz. pkg. powdered sugar
- Blend ingredients together until smooth and creamy for frosting

Step 1
Combine all ingredients for cake. Blend well and pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool; frost while still warm.
