Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup red or green pepper
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- 2 cups long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 4 cups boiling water
- 3 cups chicken cubes dissolved in water
- 3 tsp. soya sauce
- 1/4 cup oil

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in roasting pan. Do not cover. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Check often as it might not take an hour to cook. Makes large amount.
